It's not about the microwave. I haven't even opened it yet. The FedEx delivery person dropped it on my porch. When i said something he shrugged and walked away. FedEx has been informed. I haven't opened it because I need to create a space for it in my studio.

Got this microwave to replace my wall mounted one that went out. Wanted something that would be commercial grade and that I wouldn’t have to replace anytime soon. The digital display and touch controls are nice but my favorite thing about it is that any food I cook in it comes out evenly cooked and usually perfect (considering my non-chef skills). Very happy with it!
