Greens Superfood gives me the necessary amount of greens in my diet everyday. The greens are delicious. I just add them too my juice in the morning.

I have been using this for over a year and use it in smoothies and mix it with other items such as yogurt or cereal. It has good taste and when I feel that I am not eating quite as well, I think that this is a good addition. I wish it was organic though.
