[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Chia seeds. I think that it is some thing that everyone should have in their pantry and add to all kinds of foods. These do not have a taste in my own personal opinion. They’re just plain so they can be added to any type of thing, whether it’s food, baking drinks anything really to give you that extra nutrients that you need I think these are great! I do know the health benefits that these give you and I love that. It’s such an easy way to get some extra nutrients in your diet. I also love the fact that these are made with great ingredients their organic they have no bad ingredients in them. I currently changed my diet with cleaner, ingredient products, and I love that this is very very clean. I add these to oatmeal to cereal drinks, just a versatile item to have. These are some thing I definitely would continue to repurchase time and time again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the benefits of chia seeds such as high in antioxidants, great source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, iron and helps promote healthy digestion. There are different ways to use it. For me, I find it easier to put it in my smoothie. I like that there are no smell to it and it is easy to ingest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Chia seeds! They apparently have many health benefits. They're good in fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. I will be trying the pudding recipe on the back next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with chia seeds and I already have a favorite use for them: chia seed bubble tea! Tea is my go-to drink, but bubble teas with tapioca pearls get expensive. When I received these to try, I decided to try it with chia seeds since they are neutral in flavor, plus, as they gel up I still get the fun mouth feel of bubbles! I also enjoy the crunch of adding them as a topper to a salad. These are organic and a healthy way to add some nutritional value to any meal. They can be substituted in for many things or simply added to a recipe. I apprecite the fiber, which is something I lack in my diet. The packaging is great. Sturdy square container with a lid that screws on tightly to keep everything fresh. The value is amazing as well. So many seeds for the price. These seem to be a quality product for a great value and I will most likely be purchasing these again.
