With the beautiful copper and flawless stainless steel what is there not to love about this pot. Great quality and beautiful design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like so many, I have become concerned about the environmental aspects of using natural gas. So, I am moving toward cooking with induction. But then I am partial to my complete set of nice Cuisinart pots and pans…to abandon them was saddening. Enter Hestan. And sadness gone. It’s now an increased pleasure to cook, because these perform so well and are so gorgeous, especially my two copper pots, the 3 and 6 quart sizes. Soups have never been better. Just did a big batch of refried beans with made from scratch stock…huge fun. As everyone says, if you can afford these, they will make life better for you.
I made my first batch of beef broth with bones from a local farm with pasture raised beef. I cooked the broth for 12 hours on my gas Wolf Range. The Induction 6-Quart CopperBond Stock Pot had excellent thermal stability. Overall great quality and appearance! I included a picture of part of my collection of Hestan cookware.
