[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first Nanobond and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. It performs great on the heat and cleans up as easily as they claim even if I didn’t toss it in the dishwasher. Looking to expand my set soon for sure.

I've been looking for a good pot for a long time, My other pots are old but they're good quality. So far this pot is okay, I've only made rice in it, so it's to be determine. I gave it 4 stars because after I washed it, the pot turned blue mixed with other dark colors. After using the cleaner recommended by the Hestan company the blue and other colors disappeared. It actually happens every time I wash it, so I go through a lot to keep it nice, including towel drying it. It's more work than my other pots but it's a keeper.
Not as good as I expected. Food sticks quite a bit, even after proper preheating and using enough oil. I was hoping for better performance
I’m very pleased with the quality of pots that I purchased.
The essential pan is beautiful, but knowing it is stainless steel it has its limitations with what you cook. For example, if you are stir frying without much oil, food WILL stick. Also, food will still stick to the sidewalls of the pan because it’s impossible to maintain an oil layer on the vertical sides. To maintain its finish you also need to do maintenance with vinegar or the cleaner (the cleaner is magic), so don’t expect polished look each time. All in all, I love the pan, but realistically speaking it is not perfect.

I Love Love Love this pan. I've used it a few times and it cooks evenly and it doesn't stick.
Wow is all I can say. Nanobond is top of it's class. I have 8 different pieces of this line and every piece has outperformed any other stainless steel pan I've owned. Nanobond heats up so quickly, it cleans up like a dream, and it still looks brand new after use. This Essentials Pan browns perfectly and is the right size for many different uses. I love it so much I've gifted one to each of my adult children. I wish I could give it 10 stars.
