A bad experience with my order
This never happened to me before. I found this vacuum cleaner on sale and promptly ordered it. A few days later got the confirmation that it was shipped with a tracking #. While waiting and periodically checking the shipping progress I see that the item was stucked at the UPS facility for 3 days. Finally I got notice that the "marchandise was damaged, the box was empty with no item inside and a claim was filed with the sender" It took almost one hour chating with the customer service (virtual and real to get a fefund, since the Item was not in stock anymore. It would take 7-10 business days to get my money back and no vacumm cleaner. Extremely disappointed!

So I bought this for Labor Day and it’s been DELAYED for weeks!! I am still waiting for it to arrive. Completely unacceptable.

Product durability
The handle could be made a little stronger because over time the handle at the top could break the plastic too weak. Overall great product.

Awful customer service and lost package
Never arrived! Had to spend hours contacting Macys twice and waiting 5 days in between after it was already late. Terrible customer service and I never received the vacuum.

Great vacuum! This model has a little smaller head than previous models but works great. Seems quieter than our last few.

I Found Pet Hair I Didn't Even Know I Had!
I am extremely happy with this Dyson vacuum. The first time I used it, I had to empty the canister TWICE. Unbelievable how deep this thing went into the carpet to pull out pet hairs that must have been trapped for years. It's heavy, so if you're looking for a lightweight machine, this isn't the one. Great price at Macy's and I was able to use CapitalOne for more savings. I should have purchased this years ago.

Best Vacuum for Pet Hair
I've had this brand and model of vacuum for years. This is my third one. Its the best one for pet hair. This newest version is lighter weight than my last one which is great because i have stairs.

Grab that hair!
I have 2 dogs & a hairy cat. I’m so tired of trying to clear out the vacuumed hair from the brush rollers. Tried the duo rollers from Shark- what a disaster! This grabs all the hair without getting caught in the roller. Thank you Dyson!
