Great product but instructions for seasoning as well as when to turn on with temp control are lacking. I love the product but they need to update instructions for those that are new to electric humidors.
While I may not end up using up all of the space to use "250" cigars, it's definitely a humidor that is going to be trusted to keep my best cigars 100% ready and available to smoke. The quality design and sleek look also makes it a centerpiece in our lounge/studio!
THE FRIDGE TEMP STUCK AT 99 DEGREES. CALLED THE SUPPORT AND PARTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. RUINED THE CIGARS BUT ONLY OFFERED 25% OFF FOR THE NEW OVERPRICED FRIDGE. NO THANKS. BUYING WHYNTER.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first cigar fridge As I am still new to the world of cigars. I find this fridge to be just the perfect thing to store your cigars long term. It was easy to set up and get started. I highly recommend. The precision humidity and temperature controls are easy to read.

I have the older model and it went bad after a few years. the temperature sored up to 99 degrees and cooked everything inside (thousands of dollars of cigars). customer service took over 10 days to respond then when I didn't immediately respond (over the holidays) said they were closing the case. once I got in contact they asked me for some info such as model, pictures of the back, inside the back cover. they confirmed the unit was dead and said its no longer made, we cant help you. best they could offer was 30% off me purchasing a new unit. I spent a lot of money on this unit and its such a let down that they don't stand behind their products better. if your looking to make a sizeable investment to keep and maintain your cigars new air is not the company to do it with.
#sweepstakes - The Newair humidor shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Temperature has been very steady since I started it and it looks great in my office. I had a few questions about the order that their customer service answered quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the humidor and the company.
This is the newer model of humidor than the one I bought. I purchased it 4 years ago and it just quit working last week. To start off with, it was great. Then it started randomly skyrocketing in temperature well over 100 degrees, essentially baking my cigars. They agree it was fried but won't do anything other than offer me a discount on a whole brand new unit.
I'm just really starting to up my cigar game and I am so tired of having to fight the humidity and temperature in the old style box humidors this one takes to the next level handling the humidity and temperature control all for me
