xtremely disappointing customer experience. I ordered this watch as a birthday gift for my husband, with a confirmed delivery date of September 16. On the morning of September 16, I received an email stating that the delivery had been delayed until September 27. I immediately contacted customer service, only to be told that the order could not be canceled, the delivery could not be expedited, and there was no other solution available. This means I won’t have the gift in time for my husband’s birthday, and once it finally arrives at the end of the month, I’ll have to go to a store just to return it. The delay was completely outside of my control, yet no reasonable resolution or compensation was offered. If an order cannot be delivered by the promised date, customers should at least have the option to cancel it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for an order intended for a special occasion.

I broke my old watch and staying away from my Apple Watch I chose this one for myself even it’s for a man. I ordered it online and went to the store (Macy’s) for wristband’s adjustment. I wear it daily even inspecting roofs where it could get dirty. I bought for my brother in law way more expensive Tissot watch and he is very happy with it for years. Because of my work I chose this less expensive one for myself and I am very happy with it. It’s very simple and good looking watch. Highly recommended.
