Disappointed
Required 2 hours to assemble. This is particle board and is not sturdy. It is being returned.

Great for small family
This item is an attractive alternative to the open-top laundry bags I've been using. I love being able to hide the laundry from sight. I do wish there were other color options (this is the only piece of white furniture in my house) - but I put some self-adhesive contact paper on the top to match my decor, cheap and easy fix. The bags are small and do not hold much. While it is perfect for my 2 person family, this item may not work well for a larger family. You do have to build this unit and it might take some brains on the consumer's part. While all of the parts and pieces were accounted for, the pieces of partition were not all labeled properly and some were not labeled at all. The instructions included were not very helpful.

Difficult Assembly
I love this laundry hamper--it's a great size, neutral color, and has excellent storage with the two pull out bins (so easy for separating my laundry at the get-go). My only complaint is that putting it together was fairly complex since it had so many pieces and the instructions were a little difficult to follow. Would definitely recommend having another person help you--it took me about 2 hours to put this together on my own.
