My hand and arm warmers are a delight to wear. Not itchy or too bulky, just the right amount of ginger use while still protecting the hands. Plus they have the cachet of all handmade goods.

don't like the fabric

The mittens are super cute and the colors and yarn are really nice. They run kinda small. If you have a broad palm, longer nails or thick fingers as cute as these are, they might not be for you.

The ad description and picture says half mittens however I keep receiving a full mitten. This is not what I want need the open so that fingers be loose and out. I would not recommend if you need it to be open as it does not come that way.

Sent me full mittens not the half as ordered. They can NOT be returned at Macys. You have to go to UPS ! I am a senior and it’s very difficult for me to return these. It’s not my fault and I have to be inconvenienced. Very frustrating!

I ordered the Vail half mitten in Ice and received the Vail full mitten in the Ice color instead. This was apparently shipped straight from the Feelgoodz company so this mistake is unacceptable. Disappointed and returning.
