I used the original purple bottle of this serum for years and saw an improvement in lifting and lines. Since you discontinued it and I tried the new version I find it not useful. My face is sagging and there is no lift. It's a waste of money to buy the gray bottle. I will not purchase it again. It does nothing for my skin.

Please please bring back the original purple bottle (Estee Lauder Perfectionist Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum), after applying this it immediately reduced the look of lines and was firming. I used this as a primer before applying makeup and it did the trick! It was my go to for years and used it daily. Why did this go away? So many of your customers are looking for this and no other product delivers like this one with reducing the look of lines. It differentiated you in the market place. Please bring this back! I've been using your other current option, the Perfectionist Pro. I've been using since I haven't be able to get the purple bottle. If feels good but NOT THE SAME EFFECT, DOES NOT MASK the LOOK OF LINES. I'm now on the look to find something else in another brand that works better.

This is a good serum, but it doesn't do very much for plumping the skin.

I wholeheartedly agree with many other customers the original version of this product in the purple bottle worked much better then they revised formula! Therefore, I hesitated whether or not I would recommend it to others. Please bring it back!

Been using this serum for quite some time. Its a must for my morning routine. I love how applies to skin and the brightness it provides. I have seen a difference on minimizing lines.

I was using the old perfectionist the CPR. I am so sad it's gone. My face has never looked the same this new version is garbage. It makes my eyes burn even though I don't put it anywhere near my eyes it does nothing with the other one did it's not rich and creamy why do you have to change things that are working? Your under eye concealer you changed that now I have creases under my eyes it makes my eyes burn. Bring back the old formulas. I've stopped purchasing most of what you have now and I have been using your product for 30 years.
