Love this watch - I rarely wear two-tone jewelry - but this one is very subtle on the gold tone. Really pretty - exactly what I was looking for!

I purchased this watch in March, and within a short time the clasp began to tarnish. When I tried to use the warranty through Macy's, I was told to contact Nine West because the watch was sold by a third-party vendor. After reaching out to Nine West, they directed me back to Macy's. Unfortunately, neither company was helpful in honoring the warranty that came with the watch. The email correspondence between Nine West and me is included in the photos. Based on my experience, the warranty process was frustrating and unproductive. Buyers should be aware of the potential difficulties in obtaining warranty support.
