Eyeliners had a fishy smell

Do not recommend purchasing from Macy’s. Eyeliners smelled fishy.

Eyeliner pencil

Not a bad pencil eyeliner. I use it mainly for my waterline! It’s pretty good, the color pigment is strong and it does semi last. However, this does smudge when I do use it as a eyeliner

Very pigmented and smooth plus smudge proof

Ok I promise that’s a real photo but I took a screenshot of my makeup look while the grid was on. This eyeliner is really smooth within the first 10 seconds and then once it dries it’s smudge free it’s super good! And then you can use a brush to make it sharper
