The board is beautiful, however the manufacturer GLUED a piece of paper to the bottom which was extremely difficult to remove and has left a sticky substance. The information sheet could have simply been placed with the wrapped without being so heavy glued.

I see so many opportunities to use this from charcuterie boards to pizza, topping stations or a dessert bar. It is absolutely gorgeous and high-quality.
