I get 3 supplements in one capsule! I get 30 mg of zinc and my required of essential vitamin D plus vitamin K which must be with vitamin D for absorption..I take other code age supplements and I love this compony!

Any sniffles that come my way are quickly overcome with a healthy immune system. This product gives you the quantities needed and they do it with ONE capsule. Solid product and decent support. I wish the subscription model was a bit easier to manage, but all-in-all not bad.

This has a great amount of D3, K, and Zinc. It got my levels back up when I was deficient in several months.
