Did not receive what I ordered
Unfortunately, I did not receive this item. Instead I received a pair of snoopy earrings, which are adorable but not what I ordered. When I called for the replacement, I was told that the vendor is an outside vendor and Macy's could not replace my item. Macy's was willing to process a refund for the bracelet. However, I was required to return the earrings I received, which was the wrong item, and I would be charged for the return. I think this is very unfortunate. The wrong item was sent, the customer service was poor, and I would be required to pay for returning an item I did not order. I will be reluctant to order from Macy's again.
