I have been using this product for a long time. Love it, can’t do without it. Great product! Does exactly what it is supposed to do.

This is the best brow pencil ever!! I love how accurate the color is matched to my own. It’s easy to apply and stays on great. It’s doesn’t tug and your brows look great. I highly recommend it!!

People who are complaining this to be the worst product - I am sorry, but you are using it incorrectly. This product is not meant to be twisted up to the top. The clear tip retracts, so the product shouldn’t even peep out of the clear plastic tip. It goes on so well and long lasting. I love this so much. Please keep this product forever in your sku.

I ordered four of the brow detailers while they were on sale. Two of them have absolutely no product in them, completely empty! I called customer service, not a good experience. I am returning them but have low expectations that I will receive a refund. I will find another brand to order from.

Worst eyebrow pencil I have ever used. The applicator is horrible and the product just breaks off when you use it. I used it once and no product came out at all after one use. Tried to return it but was past the refund date. Do not waste your money!!!

This eyebrow gel is the best - love it. I use eyebrow pencil then apply this and it stays put all day - even overnight.

I will never purchase this again or recommend it to anyone. I don't for the life of me know how anyone is giving it more than 1 star because I'd give it zero if I could! Maybe I got an old one, a dud, whatever but no matter how low I try to use this it breaks off at the least little bit of pressure and to apply it I have to put some pressure on it. It's a poor product from benefit and one I would never waste my hard earned money on again. Benefit needs to do something about this because these cost way too much for ppl to throw money away like this. Disappointed
