The problem is that the stated dose is 45 mcg (micrograms) of MK-4. The typical daily dose of MK-4 is 45 mg (milligrams, not micrograms). A typical dose of MK-7 would be 120 mcg (micrograms).
D3 and K2 together on one smaller sized capsule. Just what I need!

I take this in winter when I don't get as much sunlight as I should. I feel it helps a lot.

Please note this is NOT the required daily 45 mg/day (MILLIGRAMS) as required! The bottle states it has 45 mcg (MICROGRAMS). If the consumer does not take time to read carefully, it would be easy to not notice the difference in spelling of mg and mcg. The daily requirement of K2 is 100-300 mcg per day! This is very deceiving and after supporting this company, buying their products thinking they are save to use, I am disappointed at the lack of transparency.
Quality product! It's a plus to take D3 and K2 together and this affords me that.
