Alva Nori Cast Iron Grill Pan, 11"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easier to clean than I thought it was going to be due to all of the ridges on it, but I am concerned about the shiny coating on it. How long will this last on it before it starts to come off. As far as cooking goes, it seemed to heat up quickly and the heat distribution seemed to be even throughout the pan. Overall a good pan, I just have a few concerns with it going forward.

Very easy to clean and it distributes just the right amount of heat. I highly recommend this pan. I’m so in love with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the easiest to clean, but thats my only negative. It looks well, and I like being able to "grill" in the house instead of out in that heat. It seems pretty tough and does well to cook food evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had forgotten how great cast iron cooking is! I've only used it for grilling steaks & chicken so far. This griddle has two handles and raised ridges to keep the meat off the bottom of the pan to avoid sticking. Easy cleanup. Best of all, there's a 25 year warranty. Highly recommend.
