Boots have great appearance but once you wear them are the most uncomfortable to walk. The other issue is to deal to third party vendor it was really inconvenient and long process. You can not return at the store it has to be directly to them and it dies not matter if you are Macys Platinum member.. Macys you can do better!

I really wanted to like these boots, but they were very rigid, and the heel was just too high, even with the platform. Additionally, the boot shaft cut into the front of my shin every time I took a step. Had to take them back.
I was not for me and I returned it but I didn’t get a refund yet. I contacted customer service if I returned because it was not fix I will get charged for me. I think that is not fairly.
