I purchased these boots at Macys online. Once I received the boots I was happy looking at the construction and design of the boots. However once I went to put them on I really had a hard time putting on these boots. There is no zipper only stretch material plus they run small. I wear a 7.5 I purchased a 8 and they are too short. Nice boots but I don’t have all day to put on a pair of boots.

I haven't had these boots a year and the sole of the left boot just ripped up while I was at work. Not worth the price I paid for them. I wish I could attach a picture. I am so embarrassed right now. I don't have an extra pair of shoes to put on.
After wearing a couple of times the boots bust at the bottom litterally spitting the rubber in half. I hear there are other customers who experienced the same issue

The shoe is amazing. Super waterproof and very good quality. But what made my experience turn me into a returning customer was Dwayne from the Chicago Downtown location. I could not find the shoe in my size after looking through all of the aisles. In steps Dwayne and really saved my day because it was raining like a monsoon that day! THANK YOU DWAYNE. He really went above and beyond for me and deserves recognition. He understood the assignment all the way!
I really like my boots, however, they are snug. I wear a size 10, it felt like I was putting on a size 9. I will continue to stretch the boots, hopefully I will have success. If you decide to purchase, size up!
