I would have loved to actually receive this item however after 2 days of placing my order, I receive a random email about successfully canceling my order and refund will be processed soon. I was confused as I didn’t cancel the order nor request a refund. This was a graduation gift for my niece and wasn’t even able to gift her this beautiful necklace because the system didn’t realize it was sold out, prior to allowing me to purchase it. It is 2026, it’s ridiculous Macy’s doesn’t have the software to determine if an item is sold out!? So upset!
