Dress the Population Women's Charlene Ruffled High-Low Gown

Beautiful but runs one size small. Normally wear a 4. I could (barely) zipper the 4, but was too tight. 5’7”, 130.

The fit is amazing and the color is gorgeous. It’s elegant, very comfortable for warm weather, and looks exactly like the pictures.
