Damaged delivery.

The glasses are beautiful, but one of them arrived shattered in the package. I am not sure how can I get a replacement. Will be grateful for any suggestions.

Stemmed goblets

I received my goblets with one broken. I contacted Macy's and the situation was quickly resolved. However, I, personally, would not order again, only because while they are beautiful, they are very fragile and just not practicable for me. Really very pretty but I am not comfortable with them, I am afraid they will break.
