Samsonite AirLIFT Large Check-in Spinner, Created for Macy's

⭐ 1 STAR DO NOT BUY. This suitcase does not meet standard international luggage size requirements, and that is not clearly disclosed. It is also unnecessarily heavy. Even worse is Macy’s customer service—absolutely terrible. They repeatedly changed my delivery date, refused to let me cancel despite their delays, and their only response was basically, “Call the carrier. We can’t help you.” Misleading product information, unreliable delivery, and useless customer service. Save yourself the frustration and buy somewhere else.

I don't like a clamshell suitcase. So I purchased this Samsonite spinner before my recent trip to Europe. It is light (8.8lbs) and a pretty color, but I must admit it is huge! I had no problem packing for 12 days abroad and had room for gifts to bring home, but it was a bit awkward to get down the stairs and in the car. I wish it was a little smaller, but I am happy with the purchase.

Not sure this is good quality.

Great piece at a fantastic price. I did a lot of research and went back and forth between a few pieces. One that I was looking at was specifically for Macy's, which turned me off. I compared the Macy's listing with the Samsonite website and while the original price on Macy's was overinflated to make it look like a better deal, the reviews were great and the price was better on Macy's on that specific day. All in all, well made like most Samsonite products, lots of pockets for organization and overall, just a good buy. Make sure to compare pricing/discounts before purchasing.

Light weight with plenty of room for clothes, toiletries, footwear, etc. Easy to maneuver and teal color easy to spot on the luggage carousel. Our 18-year old Samsonites were also used by 2 grandchildren on the same trip. Still in good condition after 5 trips to Japan and numerous trips to California & Nevada over the years.

Bought for vacation in August.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 AirLift Medium Spinners and just took them on a 2-week trip to Japan. They were light, very roomy and easy to handle. The teal color is nice and made them easy to spot on the luggage carousel. My previous Samsonites are 18 years old and still in good condition so I gave them to my two grandchildren to use on our Japan trip. I trust Samsonite.

I purchased this for my granddaughter who is going to college. I have one myself and I really enjoyed it.
