Pursonic Mini Portable Electric Iron

I was very disappointed when I received this travel iron/steamer. It arrived with obvious signs of wear, including scratches on the soleplate and other marks, making it look like a previously used item rather than a new product. The product description is also misleading. It is designed to work only on 110V power. Neither the product itself, the instruction manual, nor the outer packaging indicates that it is dual voltage. I purchased it specifically for my trip to Europe, expecting it to be suitable for international travel. This is extremely disappointing because I leave tomorrow, and the product I was counting on won't work in Europe. I expected much better quality and much clearer information in the product listing.
