Valerian Root has been an herbal favorite in many cultures for centuries.
I find it very help. One 500mg will get me to sleep but 2 500mg keep me sleeping longer without grogginess I would just like to know about long term side effects
It's the best valerian root supplement that I've been able to find. Not only is it vegan, but it's actually the root and it seems truly pure. You can tell by the smell! Other valerian products don't have the plant based gel caps and/or they use stems leaves or even mix in with grass. This is the best.
Very helpful for sleep. I have a lot of pain issues. This product helps me sleep.
Using this for some time to help me fall asleep when I'm feeling a bit wired.
