The pillow the box was in arrived wet like it sat in water on one end. Both ends were taped like it had been opened and one end was partially opened. I wide not open and will be returning.

So far so good. Too early to make a call but feeling good.

Good neck support

It is fairly comfortable to sleep on. It is cool to sleep on.

Finally waking up without neck pain. Pillow is soft and provides just the right amount of support for back and side sleeping

This pillow is very good for side sleepers. It’s firm but contours to your head position.

I had a Tempur-pedic pillow in the past but was looking for a quality, but less expensive, pillow with the same shape (this is specifically for side/back sleepers). It isn't as heavy as the Tempur-pedic, but is VERY comfortable and I'm sleeping better already! Happy I found it!!
