Very disappointed. I received this coffee maker, and it never worked right out of the box. I followed the instructions, but it would not brew, and the lights just kept flashing. I expected a working product, especially for a brand-new machine. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience.

I purchased this on 05/01/26 and it stopped working on 06/17/26. Frustrating!!

I just received my coffee maker. The packaging looked like it was re-taped, and when I opened the box, the coffee maker looked like it’s been used.

I purchased the Willow Kitchen Single Serve Coffee Maker in December of 2025 and unfortunately it stopped working after a short time. At first, it worked fine, but now it no longer functions properly. I’m disappointed with the durability and reliability of this product. I expected better quality for the price. I would not recommend it based on my experience

I just received my new compact coffee pot, and I absolutely love it! The color is great, it’s compatible with K-cups, and it has a nicely sized carafe for brewing fresh coffee when I want a full cup. Highly recommend!

i had this for two months and used it 4 times and the 5 time it didn't work. and nothing i did would make it work. it was cute so its to bad it failed
