I Absolutely Love this Pour over !!! I want to order a secondary extra carafe but having a hard time ordering one They say not available. Can someone tell me where to get a carafe for this

Macy’s sent my order to a completely random address 2 hours away and upon delivery I lost my Macy’s Star money used and never got the machine. I had to speak to someone in a foreign call center for “help” and it was all a huge inconvenience. Super disappointing.

I love this coffee maker! I have been searching for a coffee maker that uses less plastic. Finally found it! I also love the uniqueness of the ergonomic style and green color.

I had high hopes for this machine. The body seems solid and sleek but the glass carafe arrived cracked where it attaches to the handle. I’m thankful for the kind customer service that offered free replacement but I am unsure how long the replacement will last, or if it will arrive in the same condition.

This is our third purchase. After a family member tastes the coffee, they want one.

This is a good looking coffee machine and it works well. However, as other reviews have stated the carafe is extremely thin, and unfortunately I’m just counting the days until it breaks.

I love the coffee maker ,makes great coffee an I love it different from others BUT very hard to clean should've been wider in the middle I'm using it for now But nit practically for everyday use with family that loves coffee ,wish they had a better coffee cantor for it ..I'm sure this will be discontinued for many reasons

unfortunately the glass carafe had a crack where the handle joined the vessel.
