I only used for a few times and it stopped working.

I love this machine small and efficient. I've used it for so many of my dinners and i can't explain how much time I've saved.

We plugged it in and it is working, and doesn’t make much sound either

I am not sure where all the great reviews came from. I wanted to love this processor because the bowls were made of glass. The glass bowls are high quality. Unfortunately, that IS IT! The processor is garbage. I haven't even used my processor more than twice since I purchased in May 2026, and now July 2026, it does not work! Now I past my return window. Macy's is selling inferior products and shorten their return window, its no wonder they are closing stores around the country. VERY UPSET!
