Disappointed

I purchased this dress during a sale. I was so disappointed when it arrived with a white line across the back of the dress resembling a deodorant mark and several small marks. I tried using some detergent and a cloth to remove them but it was unsuccessful. I returned the dress to Macy’s and asked that a replacement dress be shipped out. I was informed that even though it was purchased through Macy’s it is through a third party. They could not order it or honor the sale price. I was extremely disappointed!!!
