Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eyeshadow Shimmer

I really like the shimmer in the Laura Mercier pencils because they are not as glittery as some others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the color, but the eyeshadow stick falls out of the tube. I haven’t had this issue with other brands. For the price of these, they shouldn’t fall out and break so easily.

LM Caviar Stick Eye Shadows do so....they glide on easily without tugging and blend easily. I have so many colors I can wear a different color each day without repeating for a month!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Caviar sticks are my daily rotation. I have probably 10 to 12 and love them for their easy application, blendability, quick dry down and variation in usage. That haven't been said, Mixed Metals gave me an experience I've never had before. I was expecting a dark silver / antique gold metallic buildable finish. I got the heaviest, greasiest dark pewter that would not dry down under any circumstances. I attempted my LM setting powder first. Then I tried a lighter silver gray powder shadow to try to perk the color up some. I cleaned up the mess as best I could without starting over, applied some highlighter under my brows, and left the building. I met my daughter. Her first question was whether I was attempting some new smokey eye / emo look. By the time I met her, the color was starting to ooze down the edge of my eyelids. This one is a definite no for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this earlier this year, and love the color with my green eyes. My recent purchase was a replacement. It is crease resistant, and stays on all day and evening. This is the best eye shadow I have ever used.
