NOW Foods Pumpkin Seed Oil, 1000 mg, 100 Sgels

It’s helpful to me in that I don’t have as many leaks as I first did. I do take 2 capsules in morning and 2 capsules before bed. I have been taking it for almost 5 months.

Its said: “Take 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily with food” this is actually unclear, should i take 2 softgels of 1000mg 2 times a day = 4 softgels daily ? or 2 times with a total of 2 softgels = 2 softgels daily ?

I bought this a month ago and it is good. I have been noticing a difference in my hair growth since I started taking it. But I have noticed that Glycerin is used in the product, is it plant based or animal based. Asking for religious reasons. Thanks!

I use these for my hair and they're excellent! They resolved the QC issue that customers were complaining about - including me. So glad they did because I love these.

I've been purchasing this product for a long time but have just recently become aware of the dark spots in the capsules. I find it very suspicious that no explanation for the dark spots are not provided other than it doesn't affect the quality of the product. We will no longer be purchasing this product as a result of zero explanation.

Can you please address what these Black spots are in the capsules that look like mold?!!!!
