Been taking for a few weird and notice a change :)

My period came back within 3 days of starting this supplement and my mood has been so much better! I also can notice puffiness leaving my face and body.

If I take this as directed and eat with it, my PCOS symptoms diminish. My pores are smaller, hair is fuller, facial hair turns to peach fuzz slowly, and my periods are REGULATED. It’s helped my friends and I get pregnant. Whenever I forget to take it or stop, my hormonal imbalance symptoms come back. I highly recommend exercise, eating well and taking care of your mental health to decrease cortisol :)
