Jury is still in deliberation
After monitoring my BP, I found it to be elevated rather than lowered, which is polar opposite of intended affect. However, as uncanny as it may sound, I do get a sense of calmness with continued use. My desire is to eradicate pharmaceuticals from my body and Hawthorne is perhaps one ingredient rather than the only one needed.
