I was looking forward to using the new water machine and followed all setup instructions. However, the unit never got cold. Furthermore, I returned to the kitchen later to find that the machine had leaked everywhere, resulting in a substantial mess. I am highly disappointed with this product's performance right out of the box.
A perfect water dispenser, exacty what I needed. Solid and easy to move ariund the house.
Worst company ever I brought a water dispenser Call them to replace it They said I don’t a warranty Is very sad worst decision Now I have to spend money again will never brought From them again will never recommend to my friend ever and never sad sad
