Unfortunately, the address on file was my old address, and I did not catch that. I tried immediately to go in and change it calling and texting Macy's their statement was unfortunately you only have 30 minutes to make the changes. Due to all the calling and texting everything was completed within 45 minutes. This is not a very customer friendly process you have in place.
Very nice and strong
I really love these placemats .
