My previous pan was Leo, exactly the same brand but different model. I've used for more than 5 years. I updated to this Wok thinking another 2-3 years of use at least. It turned out to be stick after the first day of use!!! I only cooked a fry egg and then everything is sticky to the wok. I threw it out after two weeks of use. A total waste of money! And no more pans from this brand.
The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets. I tried several cheaper pans without rivets, but nothing compares to this BergHOFF cookware.
This pan is not made well. I have other pans from this brand and this particular pan is chipping on the edge after only a few uses. I only use silicone utensils. This is disappointing considering the price I paid.
Nice pan, very smooth surface. Handle is an improvement. But I'd really like to have it with a lid! There are times when a lid is essential. I couldn't find a lid to fit it on BergHOFF's website, maybe it's there somewhere.
I own several pieces of Berghoff cookware. They are indeed a joy in every way. My favorite brand.
I love my pan. It is perfect to make rice or any other meal you want to make.
Was unsure how I would like ceramic but this Wok Pan is fantastic!
I am extremely happy and impressed with this cookware. We tried to go stainless steel and didn't love all the maintenance and extra oil we had to use. I just wanted a clean non stick pan and this is it! I'm currently looking at adding more pieces to our kitchen.
These are great pans- and come in beautiful colors. Very nice quality, and they look good too!
