All-Clad Carving Set

They are sharp, bit me once but the combo is a great deal, I don't always fork it but when I do it's taken out for the appropriate task, if you know what I mean. The knife carves and cuts. Superb edge on this thang.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty nice carving set, perfect for barbecues. The knife and the fork have a decent weight to it that makes them look and feel premium. It works pretty well for the intended purpose. The knife is very sharp, and makes the task of cutting meats very effortless. The fork makes it easy to transfer the slices to another dish, or just get them out to a plate. This would make a great gift for any home cook. Packaging is just ok - I would expect a special cover or something like that, but it comes with just a paper cover on top of it instead. It does come well packaged in a gift ready box. I like that it can be used year round, and particularly around the holidays. It is hand wash only - just like any carving knife - but still pretty easy to clean.
