They sent me the wrong shoes, wrong size, wrong brand, and it's the second time this has happened to me with Macy's. And I don't know how to file a claim to return these shoes and get my money back.

after one wear the insole got completely pimpled and really uncomfortable to wear.
Its good for 1 or 2 hours if you want more then its not comfortable feet feel tired pain
