Just replaced all 6 filters after 5 years of light use for retired couple and all is well!! Nicely packaged and the water tastes great!!

I've been using these for several years. The improvement in water taste is the main positive I note for this product. The reason for the 4 stars is one of the filters arrived damaged. Since the box was not damaged, my presumption is they were already damaged before shipping. Cannot prove this; I'm drawing my own conclusion. Even with the damage, they still seemed to fit ok. Just concerns me a bit about the overall care/mindfulness of the employees gathering the orders: it never should have made it into the box.

Excellent system. Only disappointed we didn't receive the tool to uninstall and reinstall new canisters.

As always, the APEC replacement filters came with great instructions to aid my 90 year old mind on how to do it. It was a breeze.

Apec filters give clean, good tasting water, on tap. It is simple enough to change these filters when scheduled, to keep that clean water flowing.

5 stars is reserved for the model with the electronic pump. This is a solid piece of equipment. The only thing that I would advise against is that in the instructions it says that the tank should empty in 10 minutes, and that you only need to flush 1 tank. That is just patently false, you likely need to use a bike pump to force all of the water out, and then do that like 3 times. So really you need to flush your system about 3 times which when waiting for the tank to refill should take you like ~9 hours.

I can only say these things are so hard to change out. I did not get a wrench with the first order to take out the canisters and trust me, it took some creative tooling to get them out. I still have not replace one on the top as it is just not coming loose even with the silly wrench provided. I like the clean water but don't like having to change the filters out.

Poor membrane, ppm high. Please provide a replacement
