Blade is very sharp and good quality construction. I purchased a cutting glove, which Zulay also carries. I would recommend the addition of the cutting glove for safety. Easy to handle, especially if one is left-handed! Has a good grip and love that you get the smaller one that is stored securely inside the larger.
Good quality. Sharp blades glides easily without having to use much force. Love the two sizes.
