Have been using Greenpan woks for a while now and have been generally happy with them. The Greenpan Valencia Pro Wok I purchased recently started chipping. I contacted Greenpan support and their response was that "chipping is a natural occurrence with ceramic coated non-stick" and said that they cannot help me in any way. I'm not convinced. I'll be tossing my wok in the trash!

I love, love, love these pans! Perfect for just about anything. The 8” is great for eggs or cooking for one person. The clean up is so easy too! Can’t go wrong with these pans.
I’m very disappointed with this pan. My 18” GreenPan Valencia was good for only about 5 weeks. After that, food started sticking to the surface, and now it has become impossible to clean. I followed the recommended use and cleaning instructions carefully, so I expected much better durability. For the price, I’m disappointed that the nonstick performance declined so quickly. I would not recommend this pan based on my experience.
Really great pan. Non stick pan. Super easy to clean.
This pan cooks great, nonstick is great, and washing is great. However, packaging definitely needs improvement. I purchased two different pans that arrived separately. In both cases, when the boxes were too short to accommodate the pan, the packer simply poked a hole in the box so that the handle could fit through the hole and project outside the box. I'm 77 years old, and this is a first for me.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the skillet's nonstick performance—it works well and food releases easily. However, not being able to use it on high heat is a bit inconvenient, especially when searing or cooking recipes that require higher temperatures. If it could safely handle high heat while maintaining its nonstick properties, it would be an even better product.

The Valencia Pro 12” frypan is very nice looking, well made and heavy. The handle is comfortable. The ceramic nonstick surface works as it should.
