The wedge pillow performed exactly as needed, to cover the open space between the headboard and mattress. it is one long pillow covering the entire space.

I never received product. I reached out and was only asked to return item for refund. I explained I never received. Need to add another category when trying to claim a refund. Add “never received” as an option. Please send me my item.

King size we purchased offers plenty of surface area and feels sturdy and well-made and provides good support

We ordered this the 1st week of the month. UPS has yet to receive the item, and Macy’s advises it was shipped. We haven’t received any updates about a delay, and there’s no way to cancel the order. Macy’s offers a free return label, but I can’t return an item they never sent to me.

The mattress wedge was the proper size to eliminate the gap between the top of my mattress and bed frame.

Couldn't rate this as I ordered 10 day ago and was supposed to receive it in 3 to 6 business days. Tracking update shows label created and no movement since day 2. Contacted customer service and told that I have to wait 11 days since the last package status and that this is the policy. Where does it tell you that? Horrible experience and won't shop Macy's again

Great pillow. Fits our bed perfectly and provides a comfortable angle for your head. My wife says she sleeps better and watching TV in the bedroom is more relaxing.

cheap and flimsy, soft and useless as a gap cushion

I purchased the item because it looked like it would be a great wedge between my mattress and my headboard unfortunately, it was not thick enough, and so it got lost between the cracks meaning that it did not serve the purpose in which I needed it to for this wedge to be priced as it is I don’t think it’s worth the money Because it doesn’t serve the purpose you would think from looking at the price it will be sufficient. sorry it’s not choose another brand.
