Wonderful frying pans
These pans looked great but the size was wrong for me for the bigger pan. I actually need an 8" pan and a 10" pan. The 12" pan is too big and already have 2 of that size so I returned them yesterday. I am ordering the smaller pans instead. Thank you!

I like that it’s nonstick. The pan heats up evenly and the food just slides off the pan. They are also easily handled and not too heavy! So far they’ve proved durable, no scratches noted yet which is important because although they’re without many chemicals, they’re not totally free. But the ceramics are just too heavy to handle which prompted me to get these.

Calphalon Fan 4 Decades
Needed to replace a couple of pans for a vacation rental. We've been using Calphalon for decades. So far, they have been a well made & durable product even in an abusive rental environment.

Maybe 4 and a half?
I have loved calphalon for years. Now that I've replaced my older set, I've noticed these are definitely thinner, and I've been burning a lot of my food. Boo hoo, but easily enough remedied by lowering the burner setting a bit. They are super in the nonstick department!

Not like what they use to be
I should be happy with this but im not. This was a replacement from a earlier purchase from 5 yrs ago. In that time this pan has lost roughly have of the weight it use to have. I rather pay more for this than get a cheaper version for the same money it use to be.
