I recently got this hag and was a little disappointed in the details. The Coach logo was merely printed on the suede bag so it doesn’t look very high quality. The size isn’t too large and is quite slim so you won’t be able to store a lot if you’re looking to carry around many things. The darker chocolate brown color is beautiful and perfect for fall.
While the suede is soft, the leather is very thin. The bag is also small and the strap is short. I barely fits under my arm and I'm slim. I don't know why it's so expensive. I wanted to post a photo but this review does not allow the option to do it.
The bag is beautiful and it arrived in time. And my wife loved it. I was upset at something though, and to be honest not sure if it was my mistake or yours. I asked for the tag to be engraved with my wife’s initials and it was not :-(. I am not sure if this was me or the website or browser or maybe on your side…but I was quite disappointed. I would like to get an engraved tag 🏷️ even if i have to pay for another one. Now do I go about doing that.
Leather material is good, sizing is decent, enough space, would’ve like if the coach logo was made out of metal instead of vinyl but it looks okay.
I bought the Brooklyn shoulder bag as a birthday gift for my daughter. I saw it first and fell in love with it and she had the same bag saved to show me. I surprise her with the purchase. She was overjoyed. I love the richness of the brown. It’s cute and stylish .

Had to add this beauty to my collection....Brooklyn 28. I added a chain link and the cherry bag charm. You can wear the Brooklyn bag dressed up or dressed down.... it's very versatile. It fits my phone, wallet, sunglasses & other essentials.
Ben was a major help with buying the right bag. Showed different ways to accessorize and dress up my bag and everything! Will be back for more next year.
