[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart-looking coffee making that is fully automated - just choose your type of coffee and it does the rest. Even tells you when it needs more beans or you need to empty the drip tray. If you want you can also program coffee strength, temperature and extraction rate. Buy a spare hopper and it is easy to switch between regular and decaf. Can easily make 2 cups at once. Can’t think of anything else I would want from a coffee maker.

I was excited about everything this machine promised—beautiful design, automation, customization, and premium features. But for a machine at this price point, it’s hard to overlook the fact that milk drinks come out barely hot. The milk dispenser seems to cool the drink down, leaving lattes and cappuccinos lukewarm. A luxury espresso machine shouldn’t require a microwave finish. And Yes I have warmed my coffee cup etc etc

Don’t like how the bottom isn’t all the way connected like it hangs down and it’s loose where the tray is for as much money and they bring the KitchenAid it shouldn’t do that

Love this machine. Very easy to use and maintain. Makes great expresso drinks. However, it is a large appliance and takes up alot counter space. Love the matte juniper color, no fingerprints.

This fantastic machine replaced our old espresso machine and our old single cup brewer. The KF7 has delivered great coffee drinks from the very start. It is nicely designed and the porcelain color exactly matches our kitchen, controls are intuitive, great customizable options with user profiles make it easy to use when we are barely awake. It operates quietly and lets you know when it needs attention.

My husband purchased this for me last year and I love it! Very easy to use and clean. I highly recommend this machine.
