Cultured Freshwater Pearl & Birthstone 18" Pendant Necklace in 18k Gold-plated Sterling Silver, Rose Gold-plated Sterling Silver or Sterling Silver

The necklace is lovely it just doesn’t look like an Alexandrite. I honestly thought an Amethyst was sent in error and returned the first one but second one looks exactly the same no matter the time of day. Lilac in color no green at all. Agree that the chain needs to be secured for shipment mine was also tangled but was able to untangle. I should have taken a photo for this review but it was a gift for my daughter’s 30th birthday.

I initially liked the necklace when opening the box. The pearl and Opal were beautiful. But good thing I pulled the necklace out as it came in a huge knot in the back. I’m surprised Macy’s did not tape the chain down in the back. if I can’t get the knot out of the chain, I will have to return.

Pretty, but just ok.

The necklace is sooooo beautiful. Love it so much and wear it everyday.
