Disappointed
Not a watch issue. I bought for my husband’s birthday on march 3rd. It’s March 12th and still not received. No updates from Macys or USPS. Shipping information not available 9 days later.

Never received product. Shipping time is a lie
As the title states, the Macy's chat bot continues to tell me the product has arrived but I never received it. Terrible customer service. 4 day shipping clearly doesn't mean 4 days to delivery.
